About Us
MyCare Keeper provides support for people that are participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We believe that everyone should have access to the means to live a good and healthy life and we are here to help support you in any way we can.
MyCare Keeper is a registered provider under the NDIS. We work with our community to help provide the needs and secure excellent outcomes for all of those that are covered under the NDIS.
Our Vision
MyCare Keeper’s vision is to reinvent a better world for people with disabilities to have guaranteed access to social justice, equal rights, and opportunities. We aspire to enable an open and inclusive society that respects the rights and needs of people with disabilities.

MyCare Keeper was inspired by Youssef El-Helou, who sadly passed away at the young age of 37 following a 3-year battle with glioblastoma multiforme, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Brain cancer kills more children than any other disease and more people under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Sadly, survival rates have not improved in over 35 years and the causes of brain cancer are currently unknown. Despite these unfortunate facts, brain cancer research is still underfunded.
MyCare Keeper pledges to donate a portion of profits to the Charlie Teo Foundation to support essential brain cancer research.
We believe that in unity there is strength and collectively we can make a difference. Together we inspire, together we will achieve.

Our Mission
At MyCare Keeper, our mission is to inspire and initiate advocacy, projects, and partnerships that would ensure people with disabilities can thrive in an inclusive world that upholds their rights and needs. We are committed to being a source of empowerment and inspiration for every person with a disability to live the life he/she desires and attain great heights. We provide high-quality, innovative, and individualised services that uphold human rights and create equal opportunities for people with disabilities. Through our platform, we want people with disabilities to have choice and control over their lives and be motivated to live the best life.
Our Values
At MyCare Keeper, we thrive on specific values that guide what we do.
Knowledge
In knowledge, there is freedom. As a lover and keeper of knowledge, we are helping people with disabilities grow on the knowledge needed to live freely and productively in an inclusive world.
Equality
Equality is the keeper of choice and respect. We are committed to helping people with disabilities have equal choice and respect.
Empower
At MyCare Keeper, we put in all efforts to empower people with disabilities. Through this empowerment, they can make quality decisions that would help them thrive.
Passion
We are passionate about what we do as a keeper of love, care, and compassion, which we express in our services.
Empathy
For a proper perspective and better relationships, there is a need for empathy. We uphold the need for empathy in all that we do.
Resilience
We understand the need for determination, focus, and strength, and we help people with disabilities to adopt these qualities in their journey to accomplish their dreams.
At MyCare Keeper we believe in metamorphosis, and that is why we have settled on the butterfly as the perfect metaphor for what we are able to achieve. As not all caterpillars can make the leap on their own, but a rare few need the support of mother nature to assist in discovering their full potential to become the beautiful butterflies we know they are inside.
MyCare Keeper aims to enrich the lives of people with disabilities by creating choice, increasing independence, and nurturing growth in a caring and empathetic environment that is centred to participant’s needs and goals.
At MyCare Keeper, we support you on your journey to achieving your potential.
Our Team
At MyCare Keeper, we pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, quality, and securing excellent outcomes for people with disabilities. Our collaborative community approach coupled with our highly experienced, diverse and passionate Management Team has enabled MyCare Keeper to continually grow and be able to support more individuals on their journey towards achieving their potential.
Souha El-Helou
Founder Director
Email: souha.e@mycarekeeper.com.au
Souha has over ten years of experience working in the legal industry, working on a variety injury-related cases. She also worked as an Event Day Coordinator and Supervisor for Ticketek for over six years, where she gained ample experience coordinating many events and day programs.
Souha previously held positions of Co-Founding Director and Chief Operating Officer at a disability support service centre located in Sydney’s South West. She has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation and early childhood interventions. To further broaden her skill set and knowledge, Souha completed a Diploma of Early Education and Care.
Souha is compassionate and caring and was drawn to the sector by her first-hand experience as a carer to a person with disabilities. In 2018, Souha lost her partner of 11 years to glioblastoma multiforme. This aggressive form of brain cancer meant that he regularly suffered seizures and eventually a stroke saw him wheelchair bound for the remainder of his life.
Fortunately, the NDIS was there to support them, but even though she had been working in the legal system for over ten years, Souha found navigating the NDIS to be incredibly frustrating and difficult to manage. She knew that many people do not have the time or skills to wade through the NDIS system, and get the support that they rightly deserve.
In seeing this Souha knew that something needed to be done. She established MyCare Keeper with the idea of making everything easier to access and to simplify the process.
“We take away many of the unnecessary processes and focus on your specific needs and requirements. We want people to feel supported and uplifted and allow you to leave the red tape at the door, so you can get on with caring for your loved ones.
We vow to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that your goals are met. We support you to maximise your NDIS funding and be the leader of your own life”
