Our employment supports include:
- assisting you to find and maintain employment in the open labour market or in supported employment (e.g. Australian Disability Enterprises (ADE))
- career counselling
- addressing workplace barriers
- interview and employment preparation assistance
- assistance with seeking work training placements
- assistance with job seeking
- assistance with writing resumes, cover letters and applications
- capacity building and skills development
- work training and courses
- advice on work area modifications, negotiating flexible working arrangements and return to work programs
- training and advice on wages and payments and starting and managing your own business.
- general workplace support
- support with transitioning from supported employment (e.g. ADE) to the open labour market
- support with transitioning from school to the open labour market or supported employment (ADE)
- assistance with changing jobs
