MyCare Keeper supports Australians’ and their families who have served in defence of our nation.

We offer a range of services to support veterans or war widowed partners to enhance their independence and improve their health outcomes, wellbeing and quality of life.

We want to be able to help you stay at home and avoid unplanned or early admission to hospital and/or residential care facilities.

The Department of Veteran Affairs will fund community nursing services for eligible White and Gold Veteran Card holders to meet your clinical and/or personal care needs.

MyCare Keeper’s experienced registered nurses deliver care to our veterans with compassion, understanding and dedication, and without compromising the delivery of nursing care at the bedside.

Our veteran supports and services include:

• assessment of your needs
• development of a care plan
• provision of care to meet your assessed clinical and/or personal needs
• complex, high intensity, and palliative care
• working with your other health care providers.
